Timelines and Revisions
Timelines depend on client feedback, content, revisions, approvals, and scope. Revisions only apply within the agreed project scope unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client owns the final approved custom website content and design deliverables created specifically for the client.
Argo Web Agency may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, platforms, stock assets, and software remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
No Guarantees
Argo Web Agency works to improve design, conversion, SEO, and lead generation, but cannot guarantee specific rankings, revenue, traffic, or leads.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Argo Web Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website or services.
Termination
Either party may end a project or service relationship according to the written agreement. Any outstanding fees for completed work or active billing periods remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
